In September 2022 DCC issued a consultation seeking Parties feedback on proposed amendments to the PMM.
Changes proposed related to measurers to report on Power Outage and Power Restoration as required under SEC MP096; the addition of a methodology for Code Performance Measure 9 (DCC Assessments); clarification to the Communications Hub delivery methodology; and corrections to the methodologies for Code Performance Measures 1, 2 and 3.
DCC has completed additional engagement with Parties through the SEC Operations group and SEC Panel.
