2025/26 Business & Development Plan

Every year, as part of our Licence conditions, we produce a Business & Development Plan which sets out our strategic priorities for the next five years.

DCC Business and Development Plan 2024/25 

We expect to formally consult with customers and stakeholders on our draft 2025/26 Business & Development Plan in May 2025, in advance of publishing our new plan at the end of July.

Prior to that consultation, the DCC would like to offer customers and stakeholders an opportunity to review our outline 2025/26 Business and Development Plan and provide feedback to help us shape this.

The workshop

The workshop will be held on Microsoft Teams on Wednesday 5 March 2025 and will provide an overview of:

• Our Strategy and planned activities for the next five years
• Our 2025/26 Business and Development Plan

This workshop is an early opportunity to:

• Provide your organisations’ feedback on our outline 2025/26 Business and Development plan
• Hear views from other customers
• Engage in discussion on our proposed plans
