SMETS1 Conclusion on additional changes to the S1SR for Aclara and MOC (Secure)

On 9 November 2020, DCC consulted on changes S1SR related to MOC (Secure) and IOC (for Aclara only). On 27 November 2020, DCC submitted a conclusions report on these matters to the Secretary of State.
