DCC has been directed by the Secretary of State to develop a draft SEC Variation Testing Approach Document in respect of those variations to the SEC proposed to be made for the “BEIS Q4 2020” package of changes. We are consulting on the proposed November 2020 SVTAD and its proposed designation date of 30 June 2020.
