DCC’s conclusions on its Delivery Plan for the Communications Hubs and Networks Programme

In April 2021, DCC consulted on a proposed delivery plan for its Communications Hubs and Networks Programme. DCC has assessed consultation responses and updated its plan which it has submitted to the Secretary of State for their approval.
