DCC Conclusion on MAM & MEHRS for FOC

On 8 April 2021, DCC concluded on this consultation.

In accordance with Clause 4.41 of TMAD, the changes to the MAM will now be published to be effective from 23 April 2021.

In accordance with Clause 8.9 of TMAD, within 14 days of the publication of the MEHRS, any Supplier Party may refer the MEHRS to the Secretary of State as set out in the conclusions document.
