Consultation on proposed changes to the Self-Service Interface

Anomaly Detection Threshold and Quarantined Communication Action File provision. Consultation document on amendments to the SSI to support MP109 on the provision of Anomaly Detection Threshold files and Quarantine Communication Action Files.

DCC have issued a consultation to seek User feedback on suggested amendments to the Self Service Interface (SSI). The changes are linked to SEC Modification 109 “ADT and Exit Quarantine file delivery mechanism” and relate to the Service Request Catalogue function of the SSI where user inform DCC of file ADT and QCAF transfer.
