Changes to the DCC Performance Measurement Methodology

DCC Performance Measurement Methodology (PMM) is a document that details the methodology used to calculate the Service Level for each Performance Measure which DCC and the DCC Service Providers are required to report upon following the end of each Performance Measurement Period.  In this consultation, we are proposing to amend the calculation to be applied to determine the Service Level of four Performance Measures. 

Please note that the closing date has been extended to 31 January 2020 (from 22 January) to provide more time for interested parties to respond.

DCC published a consultation on PMM on 20 December 2019.  Following publication, we received a request from a stakeholder to provide a worked example of the proposed changes.  This document has been produced to better explain our proposals.
