Business Handover Plan

DCC is seeking views on our Business Handover Plan (BHP)

Licence Condition 43 Part C requires the DCC to produce a Business Handover Plan to help facilitate the smooth transition of the DCC’s business and operations from one licence holder to another.

This consultation is intended to seek stakeholder’s views on the scope and contents of the Business Handover Plan and the overall approach to managing any transition.
